Simple, transparent process for returns and exchanges
At A2Z Bazaar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. This policy explains our return and replacement procedures.
All returns and replacements require an unboxing video as proof of condition. Please read the video requirements section carefully.
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

To process any return or replacement, you MUST provide an unboxing video showing:
Note: Returns without proper unboxing video will not be processed. Video must be uploaded within 24 hours of initiating return request.
Follow these steps to initiate a return:
Login to your account → My Orders → Select order → Click "Return Item" → Select reason for return → Upload unboxing video.
Our team reviews your request and video within 24 hours. You'll receive email/SMS confirmation of approval or rejection.
If approved, repack item with all original accessories, tags, and packaging. Use the provided return label.
Schedule pickup through our partner or drop at nearest service center. Track return shipment using provided tracking number.
We inspect returned items within 3-5 business days of receipt. You'll be notified of inspection results.
Upon successful inspection, refund is processed to original payment method or replacement is dispatched.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
Combs, hairbrushes, personal grooming products, etc.
All types of earrings and body piercing jewelry for hygiene reasons
Products with custom engraving, monograms, or personalization
Undergarments, swimwear, and lingerie
Makeup, skincare, and cosmetic products once opened
Digital downloads, gift cards, and virtual products
Items damaged due to improper use, alteration, or neglect
Products purchased during sale/clearance events (marked "Final Sale")
Refunds are processed based on the condition of returned items:
Submit return request with unboxing video within return window
Request approval within 24 hours → Package pickup arranged
Items inspected within 3-5 business days of receipt
Refund initiated within 24 hours of successful inspection
